No Churn Animal Cracker Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 2 cups frosted animal cracker pieces

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk attachment, beat your heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 1 minute)
  • Fold in the condensed milk until fully combined
  • Fold in your sprinkles and cookie pieces
  • Transfer to a bread dish or any kind of storage container
  • Freeze for 8 hours or overnight before serving

Notes

*Place your mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 20 minutes prior to whipping your cream. It will make the process so much quicker!
