No Churn Animal Cracker Ice Cream

Ingredients

pint
heavy whipping cream
1
14 oz
can sweetened condensed milk
1/2
cup
rainbow sprinkles
2
cups
frosted animal cracker pieces
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk attachment, beat your heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 1 minute)
Fold in the condensed milk until fully combined
Fold in your sprinkles and cookie pieces
Transfer to a bread dish or any kind of storage container
Freeze for 8 hours or overnight before serving
Notes
*Place your mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 20 minutes prior to whipping your cream. It will make the process so much quicker!
