• Cook your biscuits according to the package. You can also brush some melted butter on top of the biscuits before baking for a little extra somethin’ somethin’
• Put your berries in a bowl with the sugar and vanilla. Set aside

Whipped cream

• Whip the cream until light, fluffy and thick. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla

Glaze

• Mix heavy cream and sugar together with the honey. If too thick add more cream, if too think add more sugar

Assembly

• Cut biscuits in half and top with a dollop of the whipped cream.
• Top with some berries.
• Spread some of the glaze on top
