Pre-Heat oven to 375 F
Using 2 separate medium size bowls, combine all the ingredients for each cookie flavor and mix until combined. The dough will be thick, so it's easier if you use a hand mixer for this step.
Once both dough flavors are mixed, place them into the fridge for at least an hour to chill.
Once the dough has chilled, use a 1 inch cookie scoop to create 1 small strawberry dough ball, and 1 small chocolate dough ball. Then, gently roll together the 2 dough balls so that you are left with one dough ball that is half pink and half brown. Continue this until all of your dough is gone.
Place the cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 9-10 minutes.
The cookies will look slightly underbaked when you take them out of the oven, but they will continue to bake as they sit on the tray.
While your cookies are cooling you can prepare the chocolate drizzle. Using the double broiler method, melt your chocolate chips until they are smooth and shiny.
Once cookies are completely cooled, drizzle the cookies with the melted chocolate and then they are ready to enjoy!
