Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda, set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and continue to mix.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Press the dough into your loaf pan. Place 1 tablespoon of fluff on each end and 1 tablespoon of fluff in the center and swirl with a spoon.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until the edges are browned.
let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
