Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Warm and gooey chocolate chip cookie bars with a swirl of marshmallow fluff!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda, set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and continue to mix.
  • Slowly add in the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Press the dough into your loaf pan. Place 1 tablespoon of fluff on each end and 1 tablespoon of fluff in the center and swirl with a spoon.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until the edges are browned.
  • let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
