Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
These peanut butter cookie bars are the easiest cookie bars you will ever make! The texture is like a cake and a blondie got married and had a baby. Perfect for feeding a crowd!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 Cup water
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Line a 9X13 baking tray with parchment paper
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add in eggs and continue to mix
- Slowly pour in cake mix and mix until combined. Turn mixer to low and slowly pour in water
- Pour into parchment lined baking tray and smooth out with spatula
- Bake 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Allow to cool before cutting
