This Eggnog cheesecake is the perfect stress free dessert you need this holiday season because it requires no baking!
Hi friends! Today we are going to be talking about something that some of you will be totally into, and the rest of you are going to want to push us off the top of building.
Eggnog.
But hear us out eggnog haters, we are mixing it the deliciousness of cheesecake and the ease of no-bake desserts, so we thinkkkkkk you might actually semi-tolerate this!
Full disclosure: We’ve never been huge fans of eggnog. We’ll drink a small amount in the month of December for the sake of the holidays, but we’re definitely not going to shout our love for it from the rooftops. BUT, we were craving something that screamed holidays, was easy to make, and we could eat on the couch at the end of the day and feel bad about ourselves. Thus, no bake eggnog cheesecake was born.
Why we love this eggnog cheesecake
This dessert is so easy that we will definitely be making it again before the month is over. It has everything you love about creamy cheesecake with just enough eggnog to make you feel the warm fuzzy feelings of the holiday season. And you guys. It is so good. we ate a piece of this cheesecake (sometimes 2 pieces) every single day for an entire week and we have no regrets. Oh also, did we mention that this is a no bake recipe?
What do you need to make this recipe?
- Graham cracker pie crust (we used a pre-made one from the store because easy)
- Cream cheese
- Eggnog
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Granulated sugar
- All Spice
We also went a little extra and topped our finished cheesecake off with some baby gingerbread cookies and some cranberries, but extra toppings are completely up to you!

No Bake Eggnog Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made graham cracker crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 C eggnog
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream
Cinnamon Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add in eggnog and All Spice and mix until combined.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the eggnog/cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
- Spread mixture evenly into pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
- Garnish with additional toppings if desired!
Cinnamon whipped cream
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachement beat the heavy cream until it is light and fluffy
- Add in vanilla and cinnamon
- Add in powdered sugar
Assembly
- After cheesecake is cold and set pipe the whipped cream on top of the cheesecake as desired.
