Hi friends! The season for feasting has finally arrived! (Also the season for stress eating, but we don’t need to talk about any of that right now).
We know that everyone’s holidays may look a little different this year and we are right there with you on the anxiety bus. But, we are determined to make the best out of the season and we will start by cooking up some delicious snacks and desserts.
Cranberry Brie Bites Make a Great Appetizer
The best appetizers are the ones that are super quick to make and require minimal ingredients and effort. You want something that will keep your guests happy without having to spend any more time in the kitchen than you have to. These brie bites are only 3 ingredients! Seriously, just three!
What Do I Need To Make Cranberry Brie Bites?
- Pre-made Puff Pastry from the freezer section
- A Jar of Cranberry Sauce
- Brie Cheese
- Mini Cupcake Tin
Remember when I said that these were easy? I wasn’t kidding. These take a total of 20 minutes to prepare and that includes the baking time. You’ll spend more time trying to find Brie cheese in the grocery store than you will actually making these.
I have started making these regularly for family gatherings and they are always a crowd favorite. They are incredibly simple, but so delicious and satisfying. Plus, I’ve never met a soul on this earth that doesn’t like brie cheese. (If you’re reading this right now and hate brie cheese I am sorry. I don’t understand, but I’m sorry.)
